Dr. Paul Tarr Payway is an indigenous Liberian, a graduate of the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, Liberia, The Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX and Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX. Dr. Payway is a former Pastor of Du-port Road Baptist Church, Paynesville, Liberia, Principal, Messiah Baptist High School, Paynesville, Liberia and Outreach Director of the Liberia Baptist Sunday School Convention. Over the years he has served as Pastor, educator and pastoral care counselor. He is endorsed by the General Baptist Convention of Texas as a Spiritual Health Practitioner, USA.Presently Dr. Payway serves as chaplain in an acute hospital, having served the State of Texas largest Mental Hospital (North Texas State Hospital) in Wichita Falls, TX for almost five years. His habits include reading, running and watching movies. His passion includes walking with others at the most difficult time of their life and sorting out key performance indicators. He strongly believes before one can lead, he or she must learn to serve.
