DAVID VINCENT KIMEL is the coach of the Yale debate team (ranked first the world all six years he's been coach) and himself was ranked top debater in the country in 2005. He co-founded the World's Scholar's Cup, the largest international student quiz bowl competition in the world, and was a debate consultant for the Clinton campaign in 2016. He's a PhD candidate in history at Yale and a Summa cum Laude graduate in Classics from Harvard. Kimel's writing has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Hill and the Jerusalem Post, among other publications. He lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
