Lisa Anna Palmer loves her family and friends, and is a proud mom and wife. She coaches, consults, writes, and delivers talks and training to advance leadership. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, is a Certified ProActive Coach, Certified Passion Test Facilitator, Certified Expert Speaker, and a Cross-Cultural Competencies Facilitator. Lisa is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Friulan.
Lisa started her career at the age of twenty-two as a consultant for PwC as part of the Organizational Renewal Group. She specializes in leadership and draws on over twenty-five years of experience within a range of senior Human Resources & Organizational Development roles, leading teams responsible for Talent Management, HR Strategy, and transformation. In 2011, she launched Cattelan Palmer Consulting. She is now the Founder & CEO of the Cattelan Palmer Light Your Leadership Institute (LYLI), which serves leaders and employees of organizations within the private, public, and the non-profit sectors. She has been on TV, radio, and podcasts internationally. Lisa has also contributed pieces to five bestselling books of the 365 Days Series, a collaborative book by Jodi Chapman and Dan Teck.
