Produktbeschreibung
In the enchanting narrative of "Little Mouse," readers are transported back in time to the fall of 1844, where they meet a long-eared red-bellied field mouse named Little Mouse. Nestled beneath the shelter of an old tree stump on the expansive tract of land owned by Ralph Waldo Emerson, Little Mouse resides with her loving parents, weaving a life amidst the beauty of nature.

However, tragedy strikes one fateful night when a great horned owl descends, tearing Little Mouse's family apart in a heart-wrenching moment of loss. Left to navigate the world alone, Little Mouse's resilience is put to the ultimate test.

Driven by an innate sense of curiosity and a longing for belonging, Little Mouse ventures out into the world, where she stumbles upon an unexpected opportunity for refuge - an abandoned bird nest nestled high within the branches of an ancient oak tree. With determination in her heart, Little Mouse seizes the chance to make the nest her own, embracing the heights as her new home.
