"Live Better from the Inside Out" is an intense look at the mental, emotional and spiritual battles in the author's life. Inferiority feelings did constant battle with an exterior life that kept the internal terror well-hidden. Seen from the outside, John's life was filled with peace and activity; hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, golf, bowling, amateur radio, reading... all activities were enjoyed fully and no sense of the awful feelings he felt when alone with his thoughts. Living in a home with great parents only enhanced the apparent well-being of the author. Even during the activities done alone (reading, amateur radio, hunting) he lost himself in the positive aspects of whatever was happening. Then came those demanding thoughts which produced the enigma of the external and the deep-down inner self. He struggled with self-doubt, massive inferiority and thoughts of his total "alone-ness" in the world. Over a period of time yet culminating in a moment of miracle, John's spirit learned to accept the fullness and completeness of God into his life. From that time till the present he has understood how to live with the freedom of expression, removing all hindering thoughts. The thoughts and ideas expressed in "Live Better from the Inside Out" are a compilation of the many concepts inherent in all of our lives that keep us in bondage to full freedom.

Autorenporträt

I grew up in a backwoods town of 59 people deep in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Yes! There are mountains in NY.
Staying in the small mode, I attended Houghton College in central New York for a B.A. degree, then did my Masters at Clarkson University in northern New York.
Married to Elaine, two kids (Greg and Marla) with six grandchildren.
In one more year I will have taught chemistry and/or physics for fifty years. I'm also an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University.
Absolutely love golf, and am currently working on a book and video series with a PGA instructor. Keep your eyes open for "Chatter Free Golf" which will show you how to use your mind to lower your golf score without changing your swing.
I absolutely love to write, and am thrilled to get my first ebook material out and about.
