Cara Gilhart has worked in education for 20 years as a primary teacher and now in a pastoral and safeguarding role. In 2020, Cara qualified as a therapist. She is founder of 'Mindfit Counselling' a successful counselling business in Cambridge. Her first children's book was inspired by working with young children; gaining an insight into their thoughts and feelings about the arrival of a new baby. Cara is mum to three spirited, independent daughters.
