Beyond the obvious climate change challenges there are the ageless, well known threats such as racism, tyranny and inequality. The absurd disparity of lifestyles is widening and destructive. In today's world things move faster. The world is smaller and more dangerous. Individuals will have to make hard choices and poetry can help clarify the possibilities. At least that is the intention of this poet.

Autorenporträt

The author, early in life, chose travel and study over possessions and position. After graduating in 1976 from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada the voracious reader hit the road. The author has earned a living working as a butcher, taxi driver, and manager of a health food store to name just a few. He spent several years in Mexico traveling and teaching business English to executives.
In 2002 the author moved to Santiago, Chile where he lived for over ten years teaching English to medical professionals.
In 2013 he returned to Montreal with his three rescue dogs.
