The education that can be obtained in this planner can assist MEN for generations to come. Planning will help in your life by assisting in the decision-making process to identify and implement the most effective ways to achieve goals no matter how minor or grand. Do you find that there is never enough time for everything? If so, it is probably because you are not scheduling your time effectively. This is important for your personal and professional life. The slight definitions are written in a way for young MEN and adults to understand. While many people think of productivity as it relates to their job, you also want to be productive at home. Stress has many forms, but a common denominator is the feeling of being overwhelmed. As you might imagine, planners help you stay healthy in a wide range of ways. Another benefit of using a planner is that because you are sticking to a schedule for all the mandatory responsibilities, it leaves a little free time for your artistic endeavors, whether that means working on a hobby or trying something new. This will also be a way to educate or enlighten MEN on the advantages of things like affirmations, expressing themselves, values, goals, MENtal HEAlth awareness etc. Lastly, another good way to use this journal is for keeping track of changes, whether increases or decreases occur in your day to day life. You or the people around you can monitor your progress. James Harris, resides in Chesterfield, VA. He is a husband and father. James is a military veteran, who has served eight years in the Army with two deployments one each to Iraq and Afghanistan. James is an entrepreneur and investor. James is a LMHP (License Mental Health Professional) after completing graduate school and obtaining a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. James has founded a movement called 'Men to Heal', which focuses on men's overall wellness. This movement initiative encourages men to pay more attention to their mental, emotional and physical health, communicate effectively and increase their knowledge of self. With his Men to Heal movement, James conducts quarterly sessions on various topics for men with assisting in ending the stigma. There are thousands of supporters who have purchased shirts in their efforts to bring awareness and attention to the movement. Celebrities and athletes are in agreement of this movement and have expressed their interest with also purchasing shirts or displaying support on their social media. James currently does community-based services as well as sees clients in a private practice setting. In 2019, James founded a place in the heart of the city called The HEALing Hub. In this place, there is yoga, mindfulness, business classes, outpatient therapy, credit seminars and drives for the less fortunate. He plans to continue a strong path in entrepreneurship. James volunteers often in church, community, hospitals, veteran homes and schools. James has a strong sense of leadership and effective ways and plans to make the community a better place. With deep roots in the community and business, he is essential to ensuring the needs are met for this organization. James has met with the Mayor, Governor, civil rights leaders such as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other local leaders to name a few. James enjoys panel discussions and speaking engagements and has increased both since his movement has gained attention. James is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Chi Sigma Iota (honor society), Virginia Counselors Association VCA and a board member of NAMI-CVA. James is the author of 'Man Just Express Yourself'. This piece of literature is an interactive journal for boys/men who are challenged with expressing themselves in healthy ways and to gain accountability in areas of life. The book can be purchased at most book hosting places and sold. James also created the 'Cheesy Dates' Board Game. A tool for adults and couples to strengthen communication and grow beyond attraction but increase compatibility. A group of friends can play or couples one on one.
