Autorenporträt

Joan Dean pioneered the training of secondary school headteachers in Surrey, where she was Chief Inspector until her retirement in 1989. She is the author of several books on educational matters, including Special Needs in the Secondary School and Inspecting and Advising, both published by Routledge.
