ANNE MCCLARD is an anthropologist who was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Throughout her life she has lived all over the mainland United States and traveled throughout the world. Aside from writing, she enjoys playing bluegrass mandolin, fiddle, and writing songs.The Margaux Chronicles is inspired by the adventures, dangers, and encounters with magic in her childhood. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
