Dr. Joseph George

Dr. Joseph George is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at St. Joseph's College, Moolamattom, located in Idukki, Kerala, India. He has been a part of the institution since 2001. Dr. George holds Postgraduate Degrees in both Commerce and Management, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Law. He also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, reflecting his strong interdisciplinary academic background. His research interests span across areas such as Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Business Economics and Human Resource Development, where he continues to contribute through scholarly work and academic engagement. He has also associated with St. Xavier's College, Calcutta as part of Inter Institutional Faculty Enrichment Program sponsored by UBCHEA, Hong Kong in 2014.

Dr. Vishnu Govindan

Dr. Vishnu Govindan (M.com, NET, JRF, PhD, ) is an accomplished academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Christ Business School, Christ College of Science and Management, Malur. He holds a Doctorate from the University of Kerala and brings with him a strong background in teaching and research. A recipient of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) awarded by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, he has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) four times, showcasing his academic excellence and subject expertise.

Dr. Vishnu has published research papers in reputed national and international journals including ABDC and Scopus indexed, contributing meaningfully to academic literature. He has also presented his work at various national and international seminars and conferences, reflecting his active involvement in the academic and research community. He is a life member of the Indian Accounting Association.

With experience across several colleges, he has developed a dynamic teaching approach that blends theoretical knowledge with practical application.
