Rui Torres is an accomplished academic and researcher, born in Oporto, Portugal. He obtained his PhD in 2012 from the Faculty of Human Kinetics at the University of Lisbon. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Rui Torres currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at the North Polytechnic Institute of Health. He is also a member of the PhD Scientific Committee in Physiotherapy at the Faculty of Sports, University of Oporto.
