Missed messages.
Unknown timestamps.
A familiar voice whispering urgently into the phone.
The voice is unmistakable.
It's the protagonist.
The messages are always recorded between midnight and dawnhours the protagonist has no memory of. At first, the warnings are vague. Then they become terrifyingly specific:
• names of people the protagonist hasn't met yet
• places they will visit later that day
• decisions they haven't made
• mistakes they haven't committedyet
As the days pass, the recordings grow more frantic. The midnight version knows things the morning version shouldn't. It remembers events that haven't happened and reacts with fear to choices the protagonist hasn't made.
Soon, evidence begins to surface:
• outgoing calls that don't appear in call logs
• voice recordings layered with a second, distorted sound
• messages referencing a past the protagonist doesn't remember living
• strangers who claim they've already met the "other version"
The truth is more unsettling than simple sleepwalking.
There are two versions of the protagonist sharing the same life
one living during the day,
one trapped at midnight,
each influencing the other in ways neither fully understands.
And as the warnings become more desperate, one terrifying question emerges:
Is midnight trying to save the protagonist...
or replace them?
Midnight Me Keeps Leaving Messages on My Morning Phone is a gripping psychological-supernatural thriller about fractured identity, time distortion, and the horror of discovering that the person who knows you best might be another version of yourself.
