Dr Susan Musikanth is a counselling psychologist in private practice.

Her areas of research and experience are stress, depression and interpersonal relationships, at work and at home. She has a particular interest in the well-being of health professionals, entrepreneurs, local government bodies and the general public.

Susan has worked extensively with sportsmen and women to balance their stresses and to maximise their performance; this mainly through deep muscle relaxation, hypnotherapy and more. She has, over the years, run many stress management and wellness workshops and is the author of Stress Matters, Depression Matters, Marriage Matters, Divorce Matters and Mind Your Golf. All of these are currently being updated.

Susan is an entrepreneur and a foodie who lives and works in Cape Town. She also loves to host guests in her beautiful holiday home in Langebaan. She has recently opened her YouTube Channel where she is showcasing the work that she has done over more than forty years.
