Ben Chill is an emergency medicine physician practicing out of New York. He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and graduated from his residency training program in emergency medicine from Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital. He lives with his wife, 5 children and 2 dogs in Valley Stream, NY. Dr. Chill has been practicing mindfulness for many years. He believes that guided meditation is a great supplement to his treatment plans for headaches in conjunction with traditional and nontraditional techniques. He feels that the best approach to treating headaches is a flexible one, utilizing multiple modalities of pain management and lifestyle modification.
