The UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration has been a great success in harmonizing the law of arbitration around the world. Each summary includes a statement of the holding of the case, a broader summary of the facts and the ruling, and case citations. This compilation will allow arbitration counsel to compare and to readily use rulings under each Model Law section from multiple jurisdictions.
