I am an electrical engineer by education. I am a mother to three kids below age five. I was inspired to write this book as I was looking to show my kids what mountains and deserts, glaciers, and volcanoes look like and to introduce them to the wonderful world around and beyond us. I live with my husband and three kids in Northern California.
