Barbara Valmeo, a dedicated wife, nurturing mother, devoted daughter, and caring sister, began receiving divine messages from the Lord in August 2016. Prompted by a Catholic seminarian, in the serene setting of the Adoration Chapel with pen and paper in hand, she fervently beseeched the Lord, echoing the words of 1 Samuel 3:10, "Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening." Having been nurtured in faith by devout Catholic parents, Barbara had always harbored a deep desire to serve the Lord as ardently as her parents had. Over the course of 20 years, she immersed herself in various ministries within her parish, discovering her profound passion for teaching and eloquent public speaking. Her inspiring talks, enlightening Bible studies, and guidance for both children and adults on matters of faith reflected her unwavering commitment to knowing, loving, and serving God, drawing inspiration from the lives of the Blessed Mother and numerous saints. This book encapsulates the profound revelations she has received from Jesus. Out of obedience, she shares the intimate dialogues she has with the Lord in her inner room (Matthew 6:6). Within its pages, readers will also gain insight into her daily life, experiencing her joys and struggles as a devoted homemaker and a nurturing homeschooling mom. Barbara's life journey had its roots in the Philippines before she embarked on a new chapter in the U.S. to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy in 1991. Married to Ysmael for 24 years, she made the heartfelt decision to leave her professional endeavors to raise their three children in Virginia. It is Barbara's sincere aspiration that those who peruse this book will be inspired to seek solace in their inner room, yearn for the heart of God, and hearken to His voice.
