Edno Moreira was born in São Luís, the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Maranhão. At the age of 12, Edno moved to Bristol, England, where he grew up. Edno Moreira is an emerging filmmaker who graduated in 2024 after four years of intensive filmmaking studies and practice at the University of South Wales Film School, bringing a diverse skill set to the world of cinema. With one year of study in film set design followed by three years focused on filmmaking, Edno has developed expertise in various aspects of production, including film editing, scriptwriting, sound, acting, directing, cinematography, and producing. He is particularly passionate about writing and creating stories in the thriller, horror, dark comedy, fantasy, suspense, and action genres. Edno is committed to making his first feature film and fostering strong connections within the filmmaking community, and keep the audience engaged both on the page and on screen.
