Stenfors combines her interests in history and storytelling to create novels featuring unconventional, independent, and adventurous women from the Gilded Age, the Progressive Era, and World War II. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She resides in Hillsboro, Oregon, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, along with her family and a grumpy cat named Rosie.
