Kiwaké "Kiwi" Mburu, a recent university graduate, gets invited by his friend Nate Dawn to vacation on his private island in the North Pacific Ocean. To his dismay, seven other people got invited as well. Only two others he's cool with: an acquaintance whom he takes the bus with frequently and a school crush he's too shy to ask out. The rest are either unknowns or people he doesn't like.

Upon reaching the island, awkwardness is set aside and replaced with wonder and curiosity. What a privilege it must be to own an island that's been untouched and undisturbed by man. Things soon go haywire when they encounter sinister forces that have largely remained undetected on the island. Bodies quickly pile up as terrifying creatures hunt them down one by one. Help is too far away and there is no escape. Possible solutions lie within an amulet Kiwi's father gave to him, but will that be enough to help the group survive or will they succumb to the island of death?
