It is the first signal of safety, the tactile proof of a caregiver's presence, and the biological prerequisite for survival. Yet, as we mature into a world increasingly defined by digital abstraction, clinical efficiency, and social fragmentation, we often find ourselves existing in a state of "psychological hypothermia." We are connected, yet cold.
