Rezensionen
"This comprehensive and valuable book summarizes the evidence and the lack thereof of the nutritional (dairy, micronutrients), lifestyle (exercise, resistance training), and supplemental (vitamin D, Omega 3, prebiotics) effects on bone health. It also sheds light on calcium/vitamin D requirements on bone growth in children." (Stephanie Hakimian, Doody's Book Reviews, March, 22 , 2019)
