This is a short book of poems and some other writing around the themes of grief and mourning. There are 28 poems and two pieces of prose, all short pieces. I call them 'pomes' for a specific reason as they may not fit exactly into what some would call poetry, and I don't want to claim that they do. They may encourage the reader to write their own 'pomes' or poems.

Anthony is a counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practise. He also spent some years living the life of a Franciscan friar as well as being a human being for quite a while.
