Autorenporträt
Xiankai Zhan graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 2005 and qualified as a 2nd Officer in 2007. He is a Member of the Chinese Maritime Law Association and a senior manager in COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Company. He has gained profuse hands-on experience in ship chartering and operations.

Dr Pengfei Zhang is a professor in maritime management at Jimei University, a dual-qualified lawyer in the UK and China, a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He worked as a master mariner, a senior executive in a large shipping group. He has gained hands-on experience covering almost the full spectrum of maritime business, from shipbuilding to ship operations and to ship recycling.
