Patrick's formal training in engineering, project management, and business administration is complemented by more than 30 years of software development experience that has evolved through mainframe, client/server, and web platforms. His Oracle experience dates back to the early 1990s, and his APEX experience dates back to 2005. He is an Oracle Ace Associate.
