Autorenporträt
Dr. Theo H Veldsman is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Johannesburg and an Extraordinary Professor at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is a registered an Industrial and Research Psychologist, and as an accredited HRM practitioner. Over the course of a career spanning 35 years, he has seamlessly navigated the worlds of academia and practice. His primary fields of expertise are people strategy, organisational (re)design, leadership/management, large-scale organisational change, and strategic talent management.

Dr. Dieter Veldsman is a registered Industrial Psychologist. At present he is Chief Scientist at the Academy of Innovation in HR (AIHR) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He is also a Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He has more than 12 years of experience in organisational development design, HR development and strategic human capital management across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Dieter's work focuses on employee engagement, organisational development, the future of work, and human capital management. He was recently nominated as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of the year by the CHRO Association of South Africa, and was honoured with the 2018 IOP Practitioner of the Year Award from the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA).
