Autorenporträt
Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya is an ex-Professor of Human Resource Management at XIMB, Bhubaneswar. He has served as the Director of the Centre for Management Education, AIMA, New Delhi, as well as the Dean of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata. He has also previously taught at IMT, Ghaziabad, and ICFAI Business School. He is currently a Visiting Professor at XLRI, Jamshedpur, IMT, Ghaziabad, DMI, Patna, Firebird, Coimbatore, SRM University, AP, IIM, Ranchi, and IIM, Kozhikode.
