Peter Strub liefert mit den "Overlander-Anekdoten" sein Erstlingswerk. 1953 geboren, nun Pensionär, war er nach seinem Studium der Betriebsökonomie und Mediation jahrelang in verschiedenen leitenden Positionen in der Wirtschaft tätig. Privat gehören Wandern, Reisen und Fotografieren zu Strubs Aktivitäten. Der Autor lebt in Lachen in der Schweiz, ist ledig und hat keine Kinder.
