Autorenporträt
Susy Komishin (she/her/hers) is a First Nations woman from Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve in Manitoba. She has her Bachelor of Education and is a certified trainer in the Perry Preschool HighScope Approach. During her 28-year career in education, Susy has worked at all levels from early childhood to adult education and held a variety of roles, including classroom teacher and ECE II instructor. She has also been an education consultant for provincial and federal governments. For the past 10 years, Susy has worked for the Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre as an early learning facilitator and partnership project lead.
