Mateo Zielonka, aka The Pasta Man, is head chef at 180 Studios in the Strand, London, where he also has his own pasta studio. Polish-born, he has worked in restaurants including Padella and Polpo. Mateo teaches pasta classes and you can find his videos on Food52, The Feedfeed, Designmilk and Mateo.Kitchen. He is the author of The Pasta Man, Pasta Masterclass, and Pasta Pronto.
