Autorenporträt
Dr. Charles A. Wickman served as a pastor for over forty years. He founded Pastor-In-Residence, a church-based ministry to exited and at-risk pastors in 1996 after 10 years working with exited pastors. He was the president for over 15 years. Dr. Wickman has served several churches in the United States, and has ministered in India, North Korea and other places throughout the Far East. This book is the result of his extensive work with pastors, along with data collected from scores of surveys he and his colleagues created.
