• Courage Chart: Make chart with small, medium, and high "bravery" goals to work toward
• "I'm Afraid AND Brave": Practice saying both feelings together to understand they can coexist

DID YOU KNOW? REAL PTERANODON FACTS!

• Pteranodon means "Toothless Wing" (they had beaks, not teeth!)
• They weren't dinosaurs-they were flying reptiles called pterosaurs!
• Wingspan could reach 18-20 feet-wider than most cars are long!
• They weighed only about 40 pounds despite huge size (hollow bones!)
• Pteranodons were excellent gliders, soaring on air currents like modern pelicans
• That crest on their head helped with steering while flying
• They lived about 85-75 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period
• Pteranodons caught fish by diving into oceans-brave fishers of the sky!
