Produktbeschreibung
In a world screaming with noise and morning rush, Philosophy for Breakfast offers a refreshing pause, inviting you to savour the deepest questions of existence alongside your morning meal - easy to digest and nourishing. This isn't your average dense philosophy book; it's a vibrant, witty journey through the heart of human thought, crafted for both curious newcomers and seasoned thinkers.

Within these pages, you'll find eight engaging chapters, each dedicated to a core philosophical theme. From understanding the absurdity and radical freedom of Existentialism (with Toast), to navigating moral dilemmas with the clarity of Ethics (and an Omelette), and questioning the very nature of reality in Metaphysics (over Coffee), every concept is presented with a unique blend of scholarly insight and relatable, often humorous, real-world scenarios. You'll trace the birth of these ideas, meet their key figures (from Kant to Camus, Plato to Sartre), and discover how their timeless wisdom still applies to your daily life, whether you're debating the last croissant or pondering the meaning of your muesli.

Each chapter culminates in a set of "Questions for Breakfast and Reflection," designed to transform passive reading into active introspection. These prompts invite you to connect the philosophical concepts to your own experiences, encouraging genuine self-discovery and deeper understanding long after the last crumb is gone.

Philosophy for Breakfast is your daily dose of intellectual stimulation, served fresh and light. It's a call to awaken your mind, nourish your soul, and embrace the profound, often amusing, journey of human existence.

Autorenporträt
Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, I started my academic journey with Philosophy, then pursued a Master's in Print Media and later a PhD in Graphic Design at the Faculty of Journalism. Obviously, my passion for neat arrangements was always shining through!

I switched long-form articles with advertising's punchier lines, navigating through copywriting and various creative roles in ad agencies.

I'm the most organised Gemini you'll ever meet, drawn to the mystical, spiritual, and Eastern philosophy, and a devoted Rafael Nadal fan. At home, three (and counting!) furry adoptees run my apartment.

Today, I'm still deep in marketing and brand communication, while teaching advertising to students. Recently, I got back to writing as a cosmic "thank you" for this life, sharing my world on paper and willing for my kid to have something more of me after I'm gone...
