Brian Betancourt is a performance coach, educator, and Director of Curriculum and Performance for MovNat, a global natural movement education company. He holds a Master's in Exercise Science, has served as lead exercise physiologist at Baptist Health South Florida, and taught at Florida International University as an adjunct professor. Brian's work bridges neuroscience, physiology, and real-world coaching. The Physiology of Purpose is his debut book.
