Through her role as co-founder of MissingLogic^® and co-host of top healthcare leadership podcast, Healthcare's MissingLogic. Tracy has helped thousands of individuals and leaders leverage Polarity Intelligence in their quest to create healthy, healing, collaborative work cultures and environments. She is a frequent speaker at national and international leadership conferences on the topics of Polarity Intelligence, WorkLife Balance, and Healthy Work Environments. Tracy resides in Northern Michigan with her husband, Jerry.
