I decided that I would take my Quora answers, blog posts and other miscellaneous musings about goal setting and make them available as a book for people who are interested in short writings and insights on goal setting.

This book gives you a glimpse into my philosophy and approach to goal setting, as well as some tips and tricks to help you out. It is not a complete system for goal setting and achieving goals, for that you need to read Practical Goal Setting - A guide for real people who want to live unreal lives.

While the majority of his career has had a technology bent to it, his focus has always been on work and projects to improve people's lives. He lives on his urban small holding on Vancouver Island with his wife, four children, 11 chickens, and 300,000 bees.
