Kevin Lucas is the author of Beats to the Punch: A Collection of Limericks (available on Amazon). His interest in words and light verse rhyming poetry began at a young age. Among his interests growing up were playing Scrabble, constructing crossword puzzles for his family, and writing song poems. He has been writing limericks in earnest since 2006 and, to date, has composed over 3,000 limericks.
