They each have their own peculiarity: Carmen is a double-black belt, ass-kicking chick who hates all Chinese communists like the ones who machine gunned her father to death right in front of her when she was child, Ricky is a motor-head and scoff-law who hates all politicians who have run up the national debt and J.J. is a beach volleyball player who is a lover of all California chicks. Together they struggle to become naval aviators, and become fast friends and Top Gun graduates. Along the way, they have lots of laughs, plenty of hot sex, earn their call signs, make friends with a fellow Navy pilot and have numerous other adventures in learning to become Marine pilots and Top Gun aces. Along the way love actually blooms between two of the characters.

Autobiography: Ronald C. Fish, BSEE, JD, is a practicing patent attorney specializing in high-tech electronics and software. He spent the bulk of his career in Silicon Valley and now lives in Scottsdale. He is a pilot and has an instrument rating and is a retired Marine Officer.
