While serving his sentence he met Bobby Johnson from New York City. Bobby was serving a bid for arm robbery. While incarcerated, they form a group called " The Queen City Mafia" and plan to take over the city of Charlotte upon their release. Jim Sr is the sheriff of the city of Charlotte and also an elite member of the KKK organization. His son , Jim Jr. is completely opposite from his father.
