Autorenporträt
CAROLE GADIENT, Jahrgang 1959, ist in Chur aufgewachsen. Im Elternhaus gab es stets Farben, Papier und Werkmaterialien. Inspiriert durch ihre Mutter, setzte sie sich bereits früh mit Farben, Formen, Texten und Materialien auseinander. Zuhause hatten Kreativität und Spielfreude einen großen Stellenwert. Schon als Kind beobachtete sie das Leben und die Körpersprache der Menschen und deren Prägung auf die Gegenwart. Ihr Interesse galt der Psychologie, der Wahrnehmung, der Bewegung und der Sprache als Ausdrucksform. Als Kindergartenlehrperson, Dozentin und Erwachsenenbildnerin, Atemtherapeutin, Psychomotoriktherapeutin und Coach vereinten sich diese Interessen. Ihre Lebens- und Körpergeschichten setzte sie in künstlerische Objekte um. Unter anderem entstand das vorliegende Buch "Raizas Café Cuba", das ein Erstlingswerk in geschriebener Sprache mit Bildkünsten der Autorin ist.
