Rajaram Bhat is a professor of mathematics at the Theoretical Statistics and Mathematics Division of the Indian Statistical Intitute. Jaydeb Sarkar a professor of mathematics at the Theoretical Statistics and Mathematics Division of the Indian Statistical Intitute.
