SHASHI PENUMARTHY was born in South India. He traveled to the United States at twenty-one, earned a master's degree, and worked in a variety of academic, research, and corporate settings-all the while in total surrender to the Divine Feminine. After working extensively both spiritually and in the world, he was asked to give it all up and take a two-year trip around the US to understand young people. Finally, he was commanded to settle down and begin sharing all he had been given in a simplified, accessible manner. He currently lives in Tucson, Arizona.
