Autorenporträt
Abha Yadav teaches at the National Law University Delhi and is core faculty for Competition Law, Environment Social Governance & Sustainability Laws, Law and Public Policy, Administrative Law, Freedom of Information, Regulatory Affairs, Laws for women, Regulatory Impact Assessment, etc. She holds a Ph.D. from the Centre for Law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Prior to joining National Law University Delhi, she served as Associate Professor & Head School of Competition Law & Market Research at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, think tank for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, where she led research and capacity building initiatives.
