Patti Hardesty has a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas, and she has been in practice for 43 years. She is currently a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatry, and lives and works in Houston, Texas. She is a widow with one grown son, who lives in Los Angeles. She is a board member of her professional organization, and is very active in her church. She enjoys singing in her church choir and participating in various other church-related groups and activities.
