Richard H. Perry was born in Lynn, Massachusetts, and earned his engineering degrees from Northeastern University in Boston. Though fiction writing is far removed from the world of engineering, he has long been a devoted reader of mystery and thriller novels. His work blends imaginative concepts with the pulse of current events. He is retired and currently divides his time between the Phoenix, Arizona area and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
