Autorenporträt
Muhammad Nasim is a Pakistani Muslim Mechanical Engineer living in Karachi. Born on December 15, 1946 in Bihar in India, his parents migrated to Pakistan in 1947. He obtained his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Dhaka in 1967 and master's degree from Manchester (UK) in 1971. He has been practicing in his professional field in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia specializing in HVAC works as Consultant and Construction Manager and heads a firm called MN & Associates in Karachi. He has a keen interest in religion and has studied widely Quran translations, tafseer, hadith, Seerat, Islamic history and Sufism and also the divine books mentioned in the holy Qur'an as its predecessor, namely Torah and the Bible. As a result, he has developed a unique and practical perception of teachings of not only Islam but also Christianity and Judaism which is in concord with his scientific knowledge. In his view scientific knowledge is also part of deen or theology because they share the common goal of providing answers to fundamental questions that can not be left begging for answers.
