Religion: Critical Readings (Routledge 2004), and is editing New Topics in
Feminist Philosophy of Religion (forthcoming 2009).
Maria D. Davidson is Assistant Professor in the African and
African-American Studies Program at the University of Oklahoma. She is the
author of The Rhetoric of Race (Valencia, 2007) and co-editor of Critical
Perspectives on bell hooks (Routledge, 2009) as well as Intersections:
