Autorenporträt
Prof. Dr. Barbara Benz lehrt an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU). Zuvor leitete sie die Abteilung Forschung und Entwicklung bei der Gummiwerk Kraiburg Elastik GmbH. Dr. Agnes Richter studierte Tiermedizin und arbeitet seit 2009 beim Schweinegesundheitsdienst der Tierseuchenkasse Baden-Württemberg. Sie lebt auf dem Milchviehbetrieb ihres Mannes. Prof. Dr. Thomas Richter studierte Tiermedizin und leitete eine Rinderpraxis. Von 1991 bis 2016 lehrte er an der HfWU.
