Gary Cordner is an academic director of the education and training section at the Baltimore Police Department and a professor emeritus at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, USA. Martin Wright was a police officer for 30 years and is a visiting fellow at the International Centre for Policing and Security, University of South Wales, UK. He is the creator of the Retail Radio Links scheme and the Virtual Police Volunteers programme.
